Job Description

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in IT industry, with 2-5 years specializing in Performance Engineering
- Minimum 2-5 years hands on experience with load testing tools JMeter and LoadRunner Enterprise
- Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Required Skills:

- Ability to work with Product Owners and Development teams to create performance requirements documents and test plans
- Expertise in creating, planning, and executing load test scripts using both LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter testing tool suites
- Hands-on experience in generating reports and delivering analysis findings to stakeholders
- Must be comfortable creating new test scripts, as well as maintaining existing scripts, scenarios, and repositories.
- Must have recent experience working in an environment focused on Agile software development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline methodologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience with some of the following technologies and services:

- Current Relic

- Jira
- Tableau
- Experience working in Agile or similar software methodology
