About the Role

Pinga Solutions is looking for a proactive HR Executive to own core HR functions end-to-end and support the smooth running of people operations across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and offer rollout
- Design and run onboarding/induction programs for recent joiners
- Maintain and audit employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files for accuracy and compliance
- Draft and finalize HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and other official documentation
- Plan and coordinate performance appraisal cycles; advise managers on the process
- Resolve employee grievances and escalations related to leave, attendance, and benefits
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements




- Process payroll inputs and liaise with finance on payroll matters
- Track, analyze, and report HR metrics (attrition, headcount, hiring TAT, etc.) to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role
- Strong grasp of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
