We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Manager / Ice Cream Parlour Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium café and ice cream outlet in Malvan, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day café and ice cream parlour operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise staff, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock, and vendor coordination.
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reporting.
- Drive sales and achieve business targets.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in a Café, QSR, Bakery, Ice Cream Parlour, or Restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory,



and cash handling.
- Willing to relocate to Malvan, Maharashtra.
