Cochin Packagings is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Plastic Blown Film Manufacturing Unit.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience in:

- Plastic Blown Film Extrusion Machines
- Flexographic Printing Machines
- Plastic Bag Making Machines
- Production planning and shop floor supervision
- Quality control and process optimization
- Machine maintenance coordination and production team management

Eligibility

- Minimum relevant experience in the plastic blown film manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of blown film extrusion and downstream converting processes.
- Ability to manage production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
