Job Title: Emergency Room (ER) Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Room (ER) Staff Nurse to join our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering prompt, high-quality nursing care to patients with medical and surgical emergencies. Candidates with 1–3 years of ER or hospital experience are preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply, provided they possess a valid Tamil Nadu RNRM Registration Certificate.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to emergency patients.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) when required.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.




- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of emergency equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / DGNM
- Experience 1–3 years of experience in an Emergency Department or hospital setting is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply with a valid Tamil Nadu RNRM Registration Certificate.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and patient care standards.
- BLS/ACLS certification will be an added advantage
