Key Responsibilities (Detailed Drawings – Commercial Interiors)

Prepare, coordinate, and update Detailed Drawings (Good for Construction) for commercial interior projects such as offices, corporate spaces, retail, hospitality, and institutional buildings, including:

Detailed Drawing Package – Mandatory

A. Architectural & Interior Drawings

- Final approved General Arrangement (GA) / Layout plans
- Demolition & dismantling drawings (existing commercial spaces)
- Partition layout drawings:
- Gypsum partitions
- Glass partitions
- Solid partitions (as applicable)
- Door schedules & opening details
- Floor finish layouts with commercial-grade materials and levels
- Wall finish layouts & interior elevations

B. Furniture & Joinery Drawings (Commercial)

- Detailed workstation systems layouts
- Manager cabins, meeting room & conference furniture drawings
- Reception counters, feature desks & display units
- Storage units, filing systems & pantry cabinets (office pantry only)
- Fixed furniture & joinery elevations, sections & fixing details
- Hardware & commercial accessory details

C. Ceiling Drawings

- Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
- Ceiling material & height coordination
- Lighting fixture coordination with ceiling grid
- Access panels, bulkheads & feature ceiling details

D. Electrical & Lighting Coordination

- Lighting layouts coordinated with RCP
- Switching & lighting control layouts
- Power & socket layouts for workstations & equipment
- Data / IT / AV / CCTV point layouts




- Emergency lighting & exit signage coordination

E. MEP & Fire Coordination Drawings

- HVAC coordination layouts (ducting / cassette / VRF systems)
- AC unit, diffuser & return air locations
- Plumbing layouts (office pantry & toilet interface only)
- Firefighting layouts:
- Smoke detectors
- Sprinklers
- Fire alarm devices (as applicable)

- Interior wall sections (commercial partitions)
- Ceiling–wall junction details
- Flooring build-up details (commercial usage)
- Reception, feature walls & branding element details
- Acoustic panel & ceiling details (if applicable)

- Furniture & workstation schedules
- Material & finish legends
- Drawing index & issue register
- Revision tracking & documentation control

Other Responsibilities

- Coordinate detailed drawings with design, MEP, branding, and site teams
- Verify site dimensions and conditions for commercial spaces
- Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site feedback
- Support execution team with drawing clarifications during fit-out
- Maintain CAD standards, layering, file naming, and version control

Requirements

- B Tech Civil/Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architecture / Interior Drafting
- 3–6 years experience in commercial interior drafting
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Clear understanding of commercial interior detailed drawings & GFC workflow

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
