About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to lead the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions for next-generation intelligent robotic systems. This is an opportunity to work on advanced computer vision, generative AI, and multimodal learning technologies while building scalable, production-ready AI models.

The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex real-world problems using deep learning and has hands-on experience taking AI models from research to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and deep learning models.
- Build and optimize diffusion models and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for real-world applications.
- Develop scalable data pipelines using active learning, pseudo-labeling, and synthetic data generation.
- Train, optimize, and deploy AI models for edge devices with a focus on performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Drive experimentation, benchmarking, and model optimization.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the AI team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Computer Vision, and Multimodal Learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Deep Learning,



AI Research, or Computer Vision.
- OR Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with a strong publication record.
- Solid expertise in Diffusion Models (DDPM, LDM, ControlNet).
- Hands-on experience with Vision-Language Models such as CLIP, BLIP-2, LLaVA, or similar architectures.
- Experience building large-scale AI data pipelines using active learning, pseudo-labeling, and synthetic data generation.
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with PyTorch or JAX.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks such as DeepSpeed, Ray, or PyTorch Lightning.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI models using TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, CUDA, and NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
- Strong understanding of deep learning optimization and production deployment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on Robotics AI, Autonomous Systems, Edge AI, or Computer Vision applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
- Publications in reputed AI/ML conferences or journals will be an added advantage.
