Description

Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production, utility, and process equipment. Ensure maximum equipment availability with minimum downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements. Maintain and repair reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, blenders, micronizers, mills, vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, agitators, valves, pipelines, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and other process equipment. Carry out alignment, lubrication, replacement of bearings, seals, couplings, and mechanical components. Ensure equipment integrity and operational safety Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate maintenance shutdown activities with Production and Utilities. Ensure timely closure of maintenance work orders through SAP PM/CMMS.
