Social Media Strategist

We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist to own strategy for our clients. You’ll turn business goals into clear content plans (reels, posts, carousels, GMB) and work closely with account managers, designers, video editors, and videographers to deliver high-performing campaigns.

What you’ll do:

Build monthly content calendars and campaign ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business

Write hooks, reel concepts, and briefs for the creative team, review and refine final outputs

Track performance using platform insights and basic analytics, then suggest optimizations

Join client discussions to understand goals (leads, footfall, brand building) and align the strategy

What we’re looking for:





3–4 years in social media strategy at an agency or brand side

Strong understanding of Meta Reels and short-form content trends

Good copywriting skills (English; Punjabi/Hindi is a plus) and basic comfort with Canva/Figma

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and reporting in Sheets/Excel
