We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a positive understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure timely processing of payments, invoices, and reimbursements
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant (0–4 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation rules
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in handling audits and compliance
