Additional Language: Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with Zoho CRM will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
