Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
Monitor and report on team performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apple macOS Management.
Solid understanding of incident management processes and tools.
Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge base articles.
Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
