Key Responsibilities
Assist in testing of MV panels as per IEC / IS standards and internal quality guidelines.
Support in basic troubleshooting during testing under supervision.
Read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical schematics.
Learn about electrical protection systems and relays.
Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices during testing activities.
Support team in preparing panels for customer inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
Work with senior engineers to ensure quality and timely dispatch of panels.




Participate in continuous improvement (LEAN practices) and suggest ideas.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs).
Basic understanding of power systems / switchgear preferred.
Strong interest in manufacturing / testing roles.
Experience: 0 to 2 years will be considered

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and power systems
Ability to read basic electrical drawings (SLD, schematics)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work in a factory workplace
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
