Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Tirur. The Sales Executive will engage prospective learners and corporate clients, present Skillmount's training and EdTech solutions, and guide them through the enrollment or partnership process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting consultations and product demonstrations, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves meeting sales targets, coordinating with marketing and academic teams, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.



The Sales Executive is expected to offer professional, learner-centered support and build long-term relationships that contribute to revenue growth and brand reputation.

Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex offerings clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Customer service mindset, with proven skills in relationship management, needs assessment, and handling inquiries or concerns professionally.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and office productivity software to track interactions, manage data, and prepare reports.
Background in education, EdTech, training, or related sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in office in Tirur, adapt to a quick-paced setting, and meet performance targets consistently.
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is beneficial.
