Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant with 10+ years of rich IT consulting and finance transformation experience. The ideal candidate will lead and execute large-scale SAP projects including implementations, rollouts, migrations, and support engagements, with a strong focus on global finance process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance (FICO) projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, hyper care, and stakeholder management.
Responsible for solution designing, template enhancement and rollout of FI solution
Work with global clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and deliver tailored SAP solutions across FICO modules.
Act as SME for complex SAP environments involving integrations with SD, MM etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules
Provide training and support to end-users





Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in SAP FICO with solid consulting background
Proven experience across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Banking, and Tax Accounting processes.
Hands-on expertise in:
SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
FICO sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Tax, Cost Center Accounting, Project Systems
Integrations: FI-MM, FI-SD,
RICEFW development oversight
Month-end closing activities and cost accounting
Demonstrated success in multi-country SAP rollouts
Robust leadership in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team mentoring.
Working knowledge on vendor invoice management

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance
SAP certification in Finance & Controlling areas

Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Robust analytical mindset with solution-oriented approach
Proven ability to lead diverse teams across geographies
High ownership and commitment to quality
