To Check and ensure that the completion of activities as per the schedule.
To coordinate with other departments like stores, electrical , contractors for optimum utilization of resources.
To proactively plan and arrange for the activities so that the work is not hampered.
To identify the bottleneck and analyses and prepare plan B
