We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Botanist to join our team in Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) on the flora and fauna of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in botany and a passion for nature.
Roles and Responsibility
Conduct field studies to identify, collect, and document plant species.
Develop and implement research plans to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with other researchers to analyze data and draw conclusions.
Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of observations and experiments.
Contribute to the development of conservation strategies for plant species.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Botany or related field.
Proven experience in botany, preferably in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of plant anatomy, physiology, and ecology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with scientific software and databases.
