Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
Solid knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming to integrate front-end components with back-end services.
Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in a agile environment.
Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
