Department: Bio Production Unit Agricultural Microbial
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:
Operate medium capacity fermenters (23 KL) with microbial cultures and manage upstream processes.
Handle submerged fermentation and downstream operations including harvest, clarification, centrifugation, and concentration techniques.
Operate upstream equipment, CIP SIP systems of SS tanks, and UFS systems.
Coordinate with maintenance, QC, QA, and warehouse teams for smooth production operations.
Supervise cleaning and sanitization of production areas and ensure environmental monitoring as per SOPs.
Manage maintenance and breakdown activities of fermenters and related utilities.

Education Qualification:
M.Sc. Microbiology / B.Tech Biotechnology

Experience:
Minimum: 4 years
Maximum: 10 years




Experience in industrial microbial fermentation and production.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in submerged and solid-state fermentation.
Experience in downstream process development, operations, and scale-up.
Ability to work effectively in team-oriented team environments.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
