Key Responsibilities :-

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Draft job descriptions and post openings on job portals.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
Handle offer rollouts and onboarding formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MBA-HR preferred.

• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR Recruiter or HR Executive role.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment

• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid organizational and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
