Hiring for L2 Production -SQL Splunk-Bangalore/Hyderabad- CWR
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for production systems and applications.
Monitor system health using Splunk dashboards and alerts.
Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and generate reports for recurring incidents.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and assist in issue resolution.
Maintain documentation related to troubleshooting steps and known errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
Solid proficiency in SQL (e.g., writing queries, joins, data analysis).
Hands-on experience with Splunk (search queries, dashboards, alerts).
Knowledge of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and basic scripting is a plus.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
