Draftsman

Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred | Maximum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate architectural, structural and MEP drawings in AutoCAD.
Develop GFC, working, shop and detailed construction drawings.
Revise drawings based on consultant, architect and site feedback.
Coordinate drawings across disciplines and identify clashes or inconsistencies before issue.
Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, revision records and drawing registers.
Verify dimensions, levels, layouts and technical details before submission.
Support project teams with drawing-related clarifications during site execution.
Maintain proper version control, documentation and timely issuance of drawings.

Mandatory Requirements




2–3 years of relevant drafting experience in construction / real estate projects.
AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
Robust understanding of construction drawings, detailing and coordination.
Ability to independently read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
High attention to accuracy, detailing and deadlines.

Preferred
Working knowledge of Revit / BIM.
Experience coordinating with consultants, engineers and site teams.

This makes the eligibility tighter and should help reduce irrelevant applications.
