Job Objective: - To drive corporate business development by managing insurance and TPA partnerships, corporate tie-ups, empanelment's, and key client relationships, while ensuring business growth and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage corporate tie-ups with insurance companies, TPAs, corporates, and institutional clients.
Identify recent business prospects and generate leads through networking, client meetings, and market visits.
Handle end-to-end empanelment, commercial negotiations, and agreement finalization with insurers and TPAs.
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, insurance partners, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with billing, operations, medical, and front office teams for smooth claim processing and service delivery.
Drive account growth through regular client engagement and business development initiatives.




Organize corporate health camps, wellness programs, and promotional activities.
Monitor revenue, maintain MIS, prepare business reports, and achieve assigned business targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and recommend strategies for business expansion.

Experience
4- 8 years of experience in Insurance, TPA, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or Healthcare Business Development.
Experience in corporate tie-ups and insurance empanelment will be preferred.
