Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS / Customer Service Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling stock-related entries in ERP software, maintaining records, and coordinating through emails with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock and inventory entries in ERP software
Maintain accurate MIS reports and data records
Handle day-to-day customer service coordination
Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports
Draft professional emails and follow up with clients/vendors
Coordinate with different departments for stock and dispatch updates

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)
Experience working on ERP software
Good written and verbal communication skills
Qualified email writing skills
Basic understanding of stock/inventory management
Attention to detail and valuable organizational skills

Preferred Candidate:
Graduate in any stream
Prior experience in MIS, backend operations, or customer service preferred
