Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Inspect goods for damage, quantity, and quality before accepting into the store.
Properly label, store, and organize items in designated locations.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
Maintain stock records in manual registers or inventory software.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store Supervisor/Manager.
Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
Prepare reports related to stock movement, consumption, and inventory levels.
Assist in unloading and loading materials when required.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Positive organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory software).
Ability to handle materials and work in a warehouse workplace.
