Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and caf menu items as per standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily tasks.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control wastage.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Ensure proper upkeep of coffee equipment and outlet facilities.
Drive sales through upselling and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
2 - 4 years of experience in caf, hospitality, QSR, or F&B; operations.
Hands-on barista experience with knowledge of espresso-based beverages.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in inventory management, cash handling, and team supervision.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Candidates with a passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience will be preferred.
