About the Role:

House Eazy is a fast-growing real estate proptech company transforming the resale housing market. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and design-driven Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of our office space design as well as contribute to the interior journey of our home buyers.

This role bridges creativity with execution - from envisioning our in-house workspace to helping customers reimagine their resale homes with personalized interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural and interior design of House Eazys in-house office spaces from concept to completion
Design, plan, and visualize layouts, working drawings, and 3D renders using industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, etc.)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure design integrity, budget adherence, and timely delivery
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to optimize cost and quality
Engage with House Eazy home buyers to understand their design aspirations, recommend suitable themes, and offer interior execution strategies aligned with their property




Oversee end-to-end project execution — from material selection and procurement to site supervision and handover
Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and brand aesthetics

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) - mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, project execution, or interior design
Proven exposure to commercial interiors; experience in residential interior projects is a strong plus
Robust design sensibility, visualization, and project management capabilities
Skilled in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or equivalent design software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-interfacing abilities
