Role & responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all EHS laws and regulations
Identify workplace hazards and implement risk control measures
Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
Investigate incidents and prevent recurrence
Conduct safety training and awareness programs
Monitor and improve workplace health and safety performance
Maintain safety records and reports
Drive a strong safety culture across the organization

Key Requirements
Experience in implementing and monitoring EHS policies on large-scale projects.
Solid knowledge of HIRA/JSA, PTW systems, incident investigation, and emergency response.
Exposure to safety audits, inspections, toolbox talks, and compliance reporting.




Familiarity with local statutory and international safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.).
Proven ability to maintain a zero-harm safety culture and ensure project safety compliance.

Preferred candidates should have EHS/Safety experience on commercial buildings, airports, hotels, hospitality, or other high-rise/mixed-use projects. Such exposure ensures solid knowledge of contractor safety management, regulatory compliance, fire & life safety standards, risk assessment, and safety implementation in rapid-paced, stakeholder-driven environments.
