Hiring for Kronos Workforce Management Technical - Bangalore/Kolkata
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Kronos Workforce Management Technical Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience in Kronos implementations, configuration, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Kronos WFC/WFD modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals, as well as experience with Kronos API, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), and SQL scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Kronos WFC/WFD modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, etc.)
Develop and maintain interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
Create custom reports and queries using Kronos reporting tools and SQL
Work on Kronos upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
Integrate Kronos with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday)
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kronos applications
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Perform system testing, documentation, and user training
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
