Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Claims Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) development team in Hyderabad, India.

The role requires hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter, Gosu, Java, SQL, DevSecOps and working with Generative AI development tools.

Key Responsibilities
Estimate, design, build, test, and deliver high-quality codefor GuidewireClaimCenter
IntegrateClaimCenterwith internal and external systems
Troubleshootand resolve application issues,including performanceissues
Participate in Agile development processestodeliver high-quality solutions
Mentor team members to enforce development guidelines and best practices
Assistin documenting solutions, processes, and best practices
Continuouslyexplorenew technologiesto improve solutions and processes

Required Skills & Experience




Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of experience in application software solution development
5or moreyears of experienceworking with GuidewireInsuranceSuiteproducts
Experience working intheGuidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
Working knowledge ofkey GWCP featuressuch asAutopilot,Integration Gateway, App Events, etc.
Strong experience with Apache Camel (routes, EIPs, error handling, transformations)
Proficient inGosu,Java, and SQL
Experience with continuous integration and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred toolsincludeBitbucket,GitHub, Jenkins, TeamCity, Rally, SonarQube,etc.
Experience developing web services (SOAP and REST)
Understanding ofAWScloud infrastructure
Experience withGenerative AI development tools
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
Experience working in Agile teams
