Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated skilled to join our Finance & Accounts team. The selected candidate will be responsible for accounting data entry, document management, MIS support, and maintaining financial records. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in Finance & Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Enter accounting transactions, expense vouchers, and account statements into the ERP/accounting system.
Maintain and update vendor master data and account codes.
Assist in bank statement reconciliation and petty cash entries.
Support the preparation of MIS reports and data compilation.
Maintain organized physical and digital records of financial documents.
Assist the Finance team during monthly closing activities and audits.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling financial data.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documents.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn ERP/accounting software.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Com, BBA, or any Graduate.
Tally or any basic accounting certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Internship or part time experience in Finance & Accounts will be an added advantage.
