The role is energetic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
Strong capability in managing project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
Ability to identify and resolve project-related challenges efficiently.
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Competence in risk assessment and implementation of mitigation plans.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Service Transition.
