Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and Linked In sourcing
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk hiring / IT hiring
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
