About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager (D2C) to lead and scale paid media initiatives for multiple D2C brands. This role requires robust hands-on expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage clients, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels.
Own end-to-end performance for D2C brands, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), retention, and scaling strategies.
Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable growth strategies.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing advertising creatives.
Lead account-level strategy and present performance reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.




Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and scaling strategies efficiently to maximize returns.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Mentor and support junior team members whenever required.

Requirements
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing for D2C brands.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, tracking, and analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with mandatory client-facing experience.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven workplace.
Mumbai-based candidates are preferred.
