Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Workday HCM.
Design, develop, and implement Workday HCM solutions to meet client needs.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday HCM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation of Workday HCM solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security in Workday HCM systems.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or implementation.
Robust knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Perks, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, and Analytics.
Experience with Workday HCM integrations such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Robust analytical and technical skills.
