REDANCHOR Management is a rapidly growing Facility Management, Property Management, Payroll & Compliance, and Business Support company based in Ahmedabad. We provide qualified services to industrial, commercial, and corporate clients across Gujarat.

We are looking for a proactive Business Support Executive who can work closely with the management team and help streamline daily business operations.

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients through phone, email and WhatsApp.
Prepare quotations, proposals and business documents.
Maintain client records and update CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate with the Operations team for manpower deployment and service execution.
Track employee documentation, attendance and payroll-related information.
Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
Follow up with clients for pending approvals, documents and service updates.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of company records.




Support management in daily business operations and administrative activities.
Ensure timely communication between clients, operations and management.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience in documentation and administrative work.
Client Coordination and Customer Relationship Management.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skilled email writing skills.
Positive attitude with robust ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
