Job Summary:

Teaching:

Develop and deliver courses for B. Tech. ECE/Electronics Engineering

Mentor and advise students in their academic and career development.

Utilise cutting-edge teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Research:

Publish research findings in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.

Establish a strong,



externally funded research program aligned with departmental strengths and priorities.

Other:

Participate in departmental, college, and university committees and activities.

Engage with qualified organisations to promote engineering.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the department and the broader engineering community.

Qualifications:

Minimum M. Tech. in ECE/Electronics Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Ph.D. Candidates with prior teaching experience in Engineering Colleges will be preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
