Direct Responsibilities
Deliver structured training sessions across programs.
Teach core trading and investing frameworks.
Ensure concept clarity and application.
Maintain session quality standards.
Follow defined session structure and curriculum
Support practical learning.
Guide trading labs and exercises
Help participants understand execution workflows
Reinforce discipline and process adherence
Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions
Track participant understanding and engagement levels
Collaborate with Experience Partners for feedback on learning gaps
Contributing Responsibilities
Contribute to curriculum enhancement and content improvement
Share insights on participant challenges and learning behaviour
Assist in developing training materials (PPTs, case studies, examples)
Support current program launches and advanced modules
Participate in internal training and knowledge sharing
Technical & Behavioural Competencies
Solid understanding of Equity, Futures, Investment and Options markets.
Ability to interpret charts and explain market behaviour.
Knowledge of trading platforms and order execution.
Understanding of macro + fundamental concepts.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in Finance / Commerce / Markets / Engineering.
NISM certifications required.
Prior experience in trading, training, and financial markets.
