Hakani Bima Solutions Insurance Brokers LLP is looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, primarily hiring Telecallers and Managers for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and screening abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri and Indeed.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Preferred Industry
Insurance, BPO, Banking, Financial Services, or Recruitment Consultancy.
