Designation - Recruiter (3 to 6 Years)

Location - BKC (5 Days - WFO)

Role & responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
Proactively seek current avenues to attract candidates
Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process
Build robust relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience,



managing the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Brings hands-on experience in the RPO hiring model, with a robust focus on IT recruitment across various technology roles. Has worked closely with client stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality and SLA expectations.
Has solid experience in domestic IT hiring. The candidate's expertise is primarily in the Indian market, which aligns well with the current business requirement.
Open to working from the office five days a week and is comfortable commuting to the BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) office location, meeting the role's work-from-office requirement.
