Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM FileNet components (Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, Workplace XT, Case Manager, etc.)

Monitor and ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of FileNet settings.

Troubleshoot and resolve FileNet system issues, working closely with development, database, and infrastructure teams.

Administer security policies, user roles, and permissions within the FileNet workplace.

Perform regular backups, patches, and software upgrades.

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement workflow solutions using FileNet tools.

Document configurations, procedures, and system changes for compliance and knowledge transfer.

Support disaster recovery planning and testing.

Integrate FileNet with other enterprise systems and tools as needed.

Maintain compliance with internal and external security standards and policie
