Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify potential customer leads.
Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and field visits (if required).
Schedule customer meetings for the sales team.
Explain basic insurance products and company services to customers.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
Final-year students or recent graduates (Any Graduate/MBA preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
