At least 5 + years of total IT experience
Solid development experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL
Solid hands on experience in using standard Mainframe tools and utilities.
Knowledge of CICS, MQ and scripting.
Prior hands-on experience on a large Mainframe development project a must.
Solid communication skills, energy, passion, aptitude and analytical skills
Prefer candidates with Telecom Domain knowledge
