Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and manage business for SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) insurance products.
Handle quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
Understand client insurance requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance solutions.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, underwriting, and policy servicing.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
Follow up with clients for policy closures and renewals.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company processes.
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily MIS reports.
Required Skills
Knowledge of General Insurance products, especially SME Insurance.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in General Insurance or Insurance Broking will be preferred.
