This person should have minimum 7 years' experience in SQL Server administration activities.
Should be well versed with doing administration activities by using power shell scripts.
Should be able to help performance tune queries.
Should have experience in Database design, database migration (bulk copy of data from one server to another efficiently)
Should have experience in OPTIM.
Valuable to have: Experience in DB2, Mainframe Database, used Service Now.
