Key Responsibilities
Daily cooking across Maharashtrian, Gujarati, North Indian, South Indian & Italian (veg) cuisines
Healthy diet, breakfast/high-tea, and festive meal preparation
Childrens meals; guest/event cooking
Menu planning, ingredient sourcing, stock rotation
Supervising kitchen helper; maintaining hygiene, cleanliness & recipe records
Dietary Requirements
Vegetarian kitchen with eggs permitted
Candidate Profile
Candidates with a solid background in luxury hospitality and high service standards will be preferred.
Robust in regional Indian vegetarian cooking; able to lead kitchen staff independently
