Experience: 1520+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 57 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance leadership role.
Transactional Experience: Demonstrated track record of leading fundraising (debt/equity), M&A;, IPO readiness, or large-scale project financing.
Regulatory Knowledge: Robust working knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS, Companies Act, taxation (direct and indirect), and corporate governance norms.
