Role: Executive QA Seniority Level: Junior Preferred Education: BSc./MSc. in Chemistry Required Experience: 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Perform plant QA activities and conduct QA checks of finished products for dispatch/export.
Prepare technical documentation such as TDS, MSDS, COA and develop/maintain SOPs.
Conduct internal audits on a monthly basis and review batch manufacturing records and other plant records.
Handle customer complaints, coordinate with the sales department, and manage customer queries and questionnaires.
