Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive is a full time, hybrid role based in South Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The person in this position will conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure, and perform on-page SEO activities to improve search rankings.
Day-to-day tasks include carrying out SEO audits, monitoring website performance using analytics tools, and implementing link building strategies in line with best practices.



The role also involves coordinating with content and social media teams to ensure SEO-friendly content, tracking campaign results, preparing performance reports, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance organic traffic and conversions.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize website content and structure.
Experience with Link Building techniques and off-page SEO activities.
Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and content-related improvements.
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and its integration with overall SEO strategy.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools).
Positive understanding of HTML, basic web technologies, and CMS platforms such as Word Press.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in an SEO or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency environment, is an advantage.
