Role & responsibilities:
Production Machinery Maintenance: Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of VMC machines and heavy-duty Inverter Welding Machines to minimize production downtime.
Material Handling Equipment: Troubleshoot and maintain EOT Cranes, including control panels, hoist motors, pendant/remote systems, and limit switches.
Utility Infrastructure Operations: Ensure maximum uptime of critical utilities including Air Compressors, DG Sets (Diesel Generators), and central/commercial AC systems.
Water & Waste Treatment Systems: Oversee the electrical maintenance, control panels, level sensors, and pumps of the RO Plant, Water Coolers, and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant).
Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Read complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to quickly diagnose faults in PLC, VFD, and automation circuits.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and allocate daily tasks to a team of electrical technicians and electricians.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce industrial safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, ensuring a zero-accident workplace.
Inventory & Documentation: Maintain optimum stock levels of critical electrical spares. Keep accurate logs of breakdown histories, PM schedules, and power consumption.
Preferred candidate profile:
Education: Diploma/ BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience inside a manufacturing plant (preferably machine manufacturing).
